Shoals MPE, LLC is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician in Florence, AL to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will lead a team, ensure safety standards, and deliver high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in HVAC solutions, including energy-efficient technologies and BMS familiarity. Strong communication and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC apprenticeship/tech school preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required; Universal preferred; NATE/HVAC Excellence a plus.
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems across residential, commercial, industrial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet timelines and specs.
• Maintain service reports and documentation of maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
