Job summary
Total Air Service in Willis, TX is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Technician to lead our service department. You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems, mentoring technicians and serving as the department's primary technical resource.
The role offers $35-$38 per hour plus 5% performance incentives and up to $1,000 monthly in leadership bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and perks. The position serves customers in Montgomery and Walker Counties, with an on-call rotation of
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Trade school graduate and EPA certification.
- 5+ years of residential and mid to heavy commercial HVAC experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Lead training and coaching of technicians and plumbers on SOPs.
- Conduct quality control inspections and support dispatch and office staff with technical questions.
- Assist with hiring and technician development and mentor team.
