Total Air Service in Willis, TX is hiring a full-time HVAC Sales / Comfort Advisor to generate leads and evaluate the HVAC needs of residential customers. The role is 100% commission-based with a 60k-100k commission range and a paid training period.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough understanding of accounting and finance.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home comfort surveys to identify client needs and budget constraints.
• Convert prospects into customers for HVAC systems and services.
• Coordinate financing paperwork and accept payments from clients.
• Build rapport with customers and work well within a team.
