Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• On call required; some nights and weekends with on call schedule.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• HVAC Certification or diploma from trade school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians to ensure top-quality repairs and maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across service calls.
• Coordinate training and share knowledge with the team.
• Keep a neat, organized, and stocked service truck.
