Laurel Circle is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III – HVAC Specialist to manage advanced HVAC systems across the campus. You will lead the HVAC team, support preventative maintenance, and ensure patient and resident comfort in a Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required; CPO certification within 90 days of employment encouraged.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC service/repair experience; healthcare/CCRC setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems.
Lead HVAC technical resources in the maintenance department and support preventative maintenance.
Mentor Maintenance Technician I and II staff and coordinate with outside contractors for complex repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and regulatory documentation.
Assist with system replacements, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.
