Cambridge Public Schools seeks a Lead HVAC Technician to oversee daily operation and maintenance of HVACR systems across district locations. You will monitor building management systems, perform repairs, and ensure safe, efficient climate control for classrooms and facilities.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, HVAC Technician is responsible for day-to-day operation and management of HVAC systems at all locations. Primary responsibilities include maintenance and repair of HVACR systems; monitoring and operating building management systems (BMS).
Hours: 6am to 2:30 pm or 2pm to 10:30pm (Must have the ability to occasionally work outside of the scheduled hours and on weekends. A work vehicle will be provided.)
In accordance with the Local 1611 AFSCME contract, plus overtime as available.
