Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician in Minster, OH. The role focuses on leading full system replacements, ensuring top-quality installation, site cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. You will mentor assistants, document all work in CertainPath, and uphold safety standards.

You will guide homeowners through operation and benefits, while maintaining a professional, well-organized on-site presence and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC experience with full system change-outs
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to train others
• EPA Universal Certification required; OSHA a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead complete HVAC system replacements and full change-outs (average one day or less per install)
• Maintain high quality control and re-check work using Installation Excellence Form before leaving
• Ensure clean and safe job sites with floor savers and drop cloths
• Walk clients through new system operations and answer questions
• Mentor installation assistants to work independently
• Complete installation paperwork and system documentation accurately
