Job summary

Dallas Mechanical Group (DMG) is a full-service HVAC contractor that seeks an HVAC Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, supervise crews, and coordinate with project managers to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in HVAC field operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints. OSHA certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Leads field crews with strong leadership and communication.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ensures safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC field installation crews across multiple job sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specs.
• Review plans to determine schedules, staffing, and materials.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project managers.
• Conduct site inspections and mentor field staff.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation including time sheets and change orders.
