Job summary

MB HAYNES Corporation in Asheville, NC seeks a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to lead our HVAC sheet metal crew on commercial projects. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality, coordinate with supervision, engineering, inspectors and customers, and mentor journeymen, mechanics and apprentices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' commercial experience in HVAC Sheet Metal operations or equivalent.
• One year experience as a HVAC Sheet Metal foreman preferred.
• Must have a positive and cooperative attitude and excellent attendance.
• Must be able to get along with fellow workers, inspectors, customers and the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on assigned sheet metal tasks.
• Provide guidance and direction to HVAC crew of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices/helpers.
• Ensure job quality and customer satisfaction at every stage.
• Consult with supervisory, engineering personnel, inspectors and suppliers to resolve construction problems.
