Job summary
The Tatitlek Corporation is seeking a Lead HVAC Mechanic in Blackstone, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee a team of HVAC technicians, perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Applicants must possess a Virginia Journeyman HVAC License and a Universal CFC certification, along with extensive technical knowledge.
Your responsibilities include coordinating work activities, conducting inspections, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work under varying conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Journeyman HVAC License required; Master license preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call rotations for critical system emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HVAC technicians and coordinate their daily activities.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections and follow-up on completed work.
