Job summary

The Tatitlek Corporation seeks a Certified HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure systems operate efficiently while complying with codes and safety standards.

Requires Journeyman HVAC license, EPA 608 certification, and DoD Secret or higher clearance; US citizenship is required. Must have 3+ years in facilities operations and strong multi-discipline knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Journeyman HVAC License.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or a related field.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Must possess current training certifications and annual continuing education certificates in maintenance-related fields.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems with cross-disciplinary ability.
• Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on HVAC systems to identify deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctions across building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Assist in installation, replacement, and upgrade of building systems components.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including filter changes and coil cleaning.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and parts usage.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and building managers to minimize disruption.
