Job summary

Grille Mechanical Contractors in Wall Township, NJ is hiring experienced HVAC Installers and Lead Installers to join our Jersey Shore team, with relocation to Point Pleasant Beach. We serve residential, commercial, and high-end custom construction, delivering quality workmanship.

We offer competitive pay of $28.00–$40.00 per hour based on experience, year-round work, overtime opportunities, and a strong benefits package including health, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

2–3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
Residential HVAC installation experience.
Commercial HVAC installation experience preferred.
Experience with replacements, renovations, retrofits, and/or new construction.
Experience with heating/cooling equipment, ductwork, and ductless systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with professional communication.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather.
EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ducted/ductless setups.
Work on high-end custom homes, new construction, replacements, and retrofits.
Start up systems, test operations, and troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate with builders and management to maintain schedule and quality.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct on site.
