Job summary

Everest Air & Plumbing is expanding to Tucson, AZ, and seeks skilled HVAC technicians for service and installation work. Ideal candidates will handle residential and light commercial systems, lead jobs independently, and travel as needed to support installations or repairs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service and installation experience.
Experience with both residential and light commercial systems.
Ability to lead installs independently and train junior techs.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Service, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Lead and complete new system installations with professionalism and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly with customers about work and offer solutions.
Document services, installations, parts used, and system information accurately.
Ensure all work is performed safely and to high standards.
