Position Overview:

We’re hiring experienced HVAC techs who can perform both service and installation work. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in residential and light commercial systems and the ability to lead jobs independently. Some travel may be required to support installations or repairs in surrounding areas, mainly Tuscon and Southern Arizona. We have offices in both Phoenix and Las Vegas for support, however this role will not be required to report to those offices.

What You’ll Do:

• Service, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Lead and complete new system installations with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work being performed and offer solutions when needed
• Document services, installations, parts used, and system information accurately
• Ensure all work is performed safely, cleanly, and to Everest Air’s high standards

What We’re Looking For:
