All Day Heating And Cooling Inc is seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer in Palm Desert, CA. This full-time role involves leading a crew on residential and light commercial projects, installing a range of HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards.

You will mentor junior installers and maintain a safe, organized site. Compensation is hourly, $38–$45 depending on experience, with a Mon-Fri schedule and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crew on residential and light commercial projects.
• Install HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork.
• Ensure installations meet local codes, manufacturer specs, and company standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and team members.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field solutions.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are accounted for and properly used.
