The role demands strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, ammonia refrigeration familiarity, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. A RMGA certification and proven field leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or service roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration (including ammonia).
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and design plans.
• Welding and mechanical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects, ensuring safety standards, codes, and quality expectations.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to execute precise installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades for seamless workflow.
• Train and mentor junior installers on installation techniques, safety procedures, and equipment handling.
• Conduct site inspections to verify proper system setup, airflow, refrigerant levels, and mechanical connections.
• Diagnose issues during installation using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
