Texas Air Zone is hiring an HVAC Technician responsible for installing and maintaining commercial and residential systems. You will lead installations, interpret blueprints, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery.

You will mentor junior installers, maintain safety and quality, test equipment, and keep detailed records of labor and materials. A strong knowledge of HVAC codes and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility for on-site installations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of HVAC systems including furnaces and ductwork.
• Interpret blueprints to plan and execute installation tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule work and ensure materials.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior installers.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and proper tool handling.
• Keep records of labor hours, materials, and expenses.
• Stay updated on HVAC tech, codes, and regulations.
