Raynor Services in New Jersey is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who can install full systems with confidence, lead a crew with professionalism, and deliver energy and reliability on every project.

You bring 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, EPA and NATE certifications, and a team-oriented mindset. We offer weekly pay, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required; EPA Type II preferred (we’ll help you get it).
• NATE certification a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
• Install residential HVAC systems: gas to gas, oil to gas conversions, high-efficiency and communicating systems, boilers, venting, gas piping, IAQ equipment.
• Train and develop junior HVAC installers with a focus on skill-building and professional growth.
• Lead and coordinate with your install crew to ensure top-notch results.
• Troubleshoot system installations and provide smooth customer hand-offs.
