Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• 2–4 years HVAC installation experience.
• Own standard hand tools, including a tape measure on day one.
• Nice to have: clean driving record, willingness to learn on-truck sheet metal fabrication, comfort offering add-on services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person install crew (you + one helper) on residential HVAC installations.
• Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, mini splits, and high-efficiency inverter systems.
• Complete full system replacements (~50% of jobs) and single-equipment installs (~50% of jobs).
• Fabricate custom sheet metal fittings on the truck rather than ordering from a shop.
• Occasionally support new construction installs (a handful of homes per year).
• Collect payment on completed installs.
• Prep vehicle and materials at the shop each morning and return it at day’s end.
