Job summary

Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with ARS, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer for full-time, year-round work in Columbus. Pay range is $32–$42 per hour, plus commission opportunities and comprehensive benefits such as medical/dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

You will lead installations, ensure codes compliance, and deliver a professional customer experience. Responsibilities include installing and starting up HVAC equipment, removing old systems, and coordinating with a helper.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead installs with a helper and coordinate with a team.
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated commercial HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead commercial HVAC installations with support from a helper.
