Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing HVAC department in Suwanee, GA. You will lead residential installations, communicate clearly with homeowners, and help expand our service offerings as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead installations independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including equipment replacements and changeouts.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems as your experience allows.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and service calls.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain work clearly.
• Work with our HVAC Manager to support the growth of the department.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience.

Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with customers, and wants to be part of a growing HVAC department.

We're looking for someone who is strong in residential HVAC installation who may also be open to running some light service/maintenance calls or is interested in developing those skills.

You don't have to be an expert at everything. If you're an excellent installer with a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd like to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• HVAC diagnostic and repair experience is a plus, but we're willing to help a strong installer develop those skills.
• Willingness to perform installation, maintenance, and service work as needed.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Dependability, professionalism, and pride in your workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual earning potential: $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
