Aaron Services in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential installations, replacements, and some service work with a focus on high quality workmanship and clear customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including replacements and changeouts.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems as experience allows.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and service calls.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain work clearly.
• Work with HVAC Manager to support department growth.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Continue developing technical skills through training and hands-on experience.

Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with customers, and wants to be part of a growing HVAC department.

We're looking for someone who is strong in residential HVAC installation who may also be open to running some light service/maintenance calls—or is interested in developing those skills.

You don't have to be an expert at everything. If you're an excellent installer with a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd like to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including equipment replacements and changeouts.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to lead installations independently.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and applicable codes.
• HVAC diagnostic and repair experience is a plus, but we're willing to help a strong installer develop those skills.
• Willingness to perform installation, maintenance, and service work as needed.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Dependability, professionalism, and pride in your workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
