Job summary

American Heating and Air in the Sioux Falls area is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer to oversee residential, new construction, and light commercial projects. You will lead installations and ensure work is completed safely and to high quality standards.

• Proven HVAC installation experience (Foreman or Lead preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installations in residential, new construction, and light commercial projects.
• Oversee projects across the Sioux Falls area.
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members or work independently as needed.
