Job summary

Goettl is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our on-site team in Texas. You will install complete residential HVAC systems, remove old equipment, and ensure the homeowner understands operation before finishing each job.

We offer a full-time role with a company vehicle and tools provided, and top performers can earn substantial annual pay through training wages and commissions based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential HVAC systems.
• Valid Texas TDLR license.
• Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license.
• Able to pass background and drug screen.
• Reliable — you show up on time and finish the job right.
• 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.

Responsibilities
