Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a senior residential HVAC installer to lead replacement and installation projects in Connecticut. You will install equipment, ductwork, controls, zoning, and IAQ products, then perform startup, testing, and verification to ensure quality and code compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring of apprentices, and professional communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• S2/S1 or D2 CT-registered licenses.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects.
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, zoning, and IAQ products.
• Perform system startup, testing, and quality verification to meet company standards and code requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and document job details accurately.
• Mentor apprentices and junior installers to elevate field skills.

• $35–$45/hour based on experience
