Allen Services is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our Fort Collins team. This on-site role involves daily travel to local job sites, a variable full-time schedule, and potential overtime. We offer robust benefits and a compensation structure with incentive pay.

Formación

• 2+ years of residential and/or light commercial installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Deep understanding of installation/venting codes, basic sheet metal practices and air balancing.
• High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Install HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
• Apply familiar troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and meet client needs.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Accurately interpret blueprints, diagrams and specs during service calls.
