Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial systems and accessories in customers' homes. You will work under supervision to ensure proper installation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include equipment and duct work installation, performing start-ups, delivering excellent service, maintaining tools and vehicles, and adhering to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years of experience
• Must possess applicable licenses/certifications per local laws
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Fundamentals of heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and accessories
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems
• Strong communication, time-management, and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; flexible hours/on-call

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company requirements
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as needed
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services
• Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and paperwork
• Trains other installers when assigned
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
