Marshall’s Specialty Services is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Springfield, OR to install and service residential HVAC systems across retrofits and new work. You will supervise a helper, ensure safety, and maintain quality across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years residential install experience.
• Must pass drug and background screens.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Core with 1 additional certification or obtain within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Install, braze and evacuate line sets.
• Proficient in standard ductwork installation.
• Safely use all trade tools and ladders.
• Complete necessary paperwork to support invoices and time tracking.
• Supervise and mentor helpers.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and supervisors.
