To assist with installations of heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to company standards while providing the customer with a high‑quality experience. Works under the supervision and guidance of a senior level installer. May be able to perform basic tasks unsupervised and unassisted.
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Normal work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but the end time may vary to complete the job.
Travel may be required for training, events, and to and from job sites. Travel will primarily be within Lane County.
Environment may consist of extreme variations due to conditions, including but not limited to: heat, cold, wet, wind, snow, humidity, sunlight, absence of light, dust, high particulate air conditions, heights (e.g. rooftops), insects, animals, mammals, reptiles, insulation handling, tight crawl spaces and other conditions deemed by worksite.
Reaching, bending, stooping, walking, sitting, crawling, squatting. Holding, carrying objects and lifting – including heavy objects such as equipment up to 300 pounds with assistance. Use of tools and equipment such as hand tools and ladders including extension ladders. Be able to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time.
