Marshall’s Specialty Services seeks an HVAC Service Technician for on-site residential and small commercial work in Springfield, OR. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and service calls on heating, cooling, and water heating systems using standardized service procedures.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of related HVAC experience required.
• Water Heater Installer’s License required.
• LP License required.
• NATE Certification in Gas Heating (Air) Service required.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site residential HVAC maintenance and service tasks.
• Perform diagnostics and maintenance on tanked and tankless water heaters.
• Complete service forms and document work with notes and photos.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and adherence to company safety rules.
• Travel to job sites as dispatched and work with dispatch to schedule tasks.
