2. Provide heating and cooling services, including installation, repairs, and maintenance.
3. Take responsibility for trucks, diagnostic tools, and uniforms.
4. Maintain confidentiality for the company and customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC installations, including mini splits and ductless units.
• Have experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Assist all team members with their jobs.
• Help warehouse staff load trucks.
• Assist with the removal of oil tanks.
