Job Title: HVAC Installer

Salary: $22-$32 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with customers, managers, and team members.
• Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Complete all paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean driving record.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Develop rapport with customers and communicate effectively face-to-face.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience.

• Hourly pay starting at $22, increasing by $2 annually up to $32, plus commission on installed jobs.
