MB Heating & Cooling in Springfield, IL specializes in heating and air conditioning services and is actively looking for a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician. This position is vital to our success by installing residential heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork while providing excellent customer service. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

• 4+ years of installation experience as well as some experience with sheet metal
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to meet the physical demands typical of this position such as carrying heavy items, operating tools, and using a ladder

NATE certification and boiler experience are preferred, but not required. Are you an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally? Can you work well with a team of HVAC installers and follow all safety protocols? Do you manage your time efficiently? Are you organized and detail-oriented?
