Job summary

Vitt Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to provide technical leadership on residential installation projects in St. Louis, MO.

You will oversee field crews, coordinate daily workflow, and ensure installations meet safety and code standards. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, EPA Universal Certification, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential HVAC system replacements and new equipment installations
• Coordinate daily workflow with installation team members
• Provide technical guidance and support to installers in the field
• Conduct final quality inspections before project completion
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to code
• Assist with training, onboarding, and skill development of newer installers
• Communicate project updates with homeowners and internal team members
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork on every project
