Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning in South Windsor, CT seeks a Lead HVAC Installer dedicated to delivering superior customer solutions. You will install, diagnose, and maintain HVAC systems, design appropriate ductwork, and ensure precise scheduling and paperwork handling.

The role requires CT HVAC licensing, EPA certification, and 3+ years of field experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• CT HVAC License (S, D, or B license) required.
• Residential heating/cooling experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and willing to pitch in as needed.
• Experience with scheduling, invoicing, and using electronic devices for communication.
• Must be able to work on a ladder.
• Must lift 50 pounds.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Installing, diagnosing, and maintaining HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
