Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air in Orange, CA seeks a Lead HVAC Installer to perform retrofit replacements on residential systems. You will work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners, and conduct safety tests including CO and gas leak checks.

Customer service is key, with clear communication to homeowners and accurate reporting. You will help manage truck inventory, assist with payments, and support on-site installation projects with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.

The primary duties of an Lead HVAC Installer are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
