Hosack Heating, Air & Plumbing in O’Fallon, MO is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You’ll install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ products and handle full system replacements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and complete residential systems.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and IAQ products.
• Complete full system replacements, change-outs, and retrofit installations.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Properly start up and test newly installed equipment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain completed work.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Complete required installation paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Follow company safety procedures and installation best practices.
• Work closely with field leadership, warehouse, and support teams to keep installations running efficiently.
• Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality products

What We’re Looking For

Schedule

Peak Season: Monday–Saturday
Saturday availability is required during peak season.

Off Season: Monday–Friday with Rotating Saturdays.
