Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air in Murrieta is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to perform retrofit replacements in crews, installing furnaces and air conditioners while prioritizing safety and customer service. You will perform safety tests and communicate clearly with homeowners about the status of each system.

Responsibilities include unit removal/replacement, testing, managing truck inventory, and assisting with payments and documentation after service visits, all while delivering quality

Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
