Job summary

Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Merriam, KS is hiring HVAC Install Assistants to join our growing team. You will support Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations, ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and system components, while keeping job sites clean and organized.

We offer a competitive pay range of $50,000–$75,000+ per year, weekly pay, PTO, paid holidays, a matching 401(k), and comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Positive attitude and team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations.
• Help install ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and system components.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Load/unload equipment and materials.
• Support installation quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.

Our Install Assistants are paid on a task pay/piece rate structure with earning potential based on experience, production, efficiency, and quality workmanship.
