This individual leads an installation crew in installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, controls, and related piping and electrical. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

• 2+ years of installation experience
• EPA 608 certificate
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reside within 30 miles of McKinney, TX
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working from heights and small spaces
• Willing to work overtime if needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
