Service Champions is currently seeking HVAC Lead Installers to join our team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience. Our Installers remove and replace HVAC equipment and install accessories while ensuring quality work in compliance with local and national codes. This role also involves mentoring and coaching apprentices and entry-level technicians.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace HVAC equipment, including ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits, rooftop units
• Maintain company vehicle and stock necessary tools and safety equipment
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch
• Design duct systems for optimal comfort and efficiency
• Engage with homeowners to identify needs and upsell accessories or replacements
• Generate invoices and process payments at the job site
• Participate in training on customer service and industry technologies
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience with knowledge of refrigeration, diagnostics, and component replacement
• EPA 608 Certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic hand tools and testing equipment proficiency
• Knowledge of city codes
• Ability to work independently and safely in various environments
• Experience with Service Titan preferred

After a conditional offer, background check, drug test, MVR, and references will be conducted. The potential annual compensation ranges from $135,000 to $200,000 based on performance.
