Your New Role

As our Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll take the reins on residential and light commercial installs across the San Gabriel Valley, leading jobs with precision and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading residential HVAC system installations

  • Ensuring clean, efficient, code-compliant installs every time

  • Communicating clearly with team members, office staff, and customers

  • Training and mentoring junior team members

  • Maintaining truck inventory and daily job

  • Upholding our high standard of customer satisfaction

Hiring Expectations:
