Rockstar Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to cover Villa Park, IL and surrounding areas. You will install a range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment from a company vehicle, with a stable, year-round workload and a comprehensive benefits package.

Shift is Days, Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation. Compensation ranges from $72,000 to $94,000 per year, plus benefits after 90 days, 401K matching, PTO, and a take-home service vehicle.

Qualificações

• 5+ years HVAC install experience across commercial and residential systems (A/C, furnaces, boilers, water heaters, etc.)
• EPA Universal certification is a strong asset
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass drug, criminal, and MVR background checks

Job Description

A well-established residential and commercial HVAC organization is immediately looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to cover the Villa Park, IL, and surrounding areas.

HVAC Installer will work out of a well-equipped company vehicle you can take home, where you will be responsible for the installation of residential and commercial HVAC equipment and systems, such as A/C, Furnaces, Boilers, Water Tanks, Tankless Units, Heat Pumps, ductless mini-splits, A/C, Humidifiers, Ductwork, RTU's, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years HVAC install experience with a variety of commercial and residential systems and equipment
• EPA Universal a strong asset
• Own Tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass Drug, Criminal, and MVR background checks

SHIFT: Days, Monday - Friday. Ability to work On-Call Rotation

COMPENSATION:

• $72,000.00 - $94,000.00/year
• Direct Deposit, Bi-Weekly
