Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Oversee and assist with ductwork modifications and installations.
• Remove and replace existing HVAC systems.
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior installers.
• Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local codes.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues in the field.
• Perform startup, testing, and quality checks to verify system performance.

Position Summary

The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing residential HVAC system installations while ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
