HVAC Lead Installer Join Our Growing Team at Gore Heating & A/C

Gore Heating & A/C has proudly served Fayetteville and the surrounding areas since 1978, providing top-notch residential and commercial HVAC services. Founded by Harvey Gore, who began the company from his home, we have grown into a trusted name in the industry, known for our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team and help continue our legacy of excellence!

Job Overview

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems in accordance with company standards, ensuring that every customer has a top-tier experience. You will also supervise and guide other installers, ensuring high-quality work and efficient job completion.

Compensation:

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential retrofit experience
• At least 1 year of experience working with furnaces/forced air systems
• At least 1 year of experience with AC and refrigeration systems
• Valid North Carolina driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
• Strong organizational skills, including maintaining site paperwork, job costing, and material management
• Willingness to participate in ongoing service training and development
• EPA Type 2 Certification

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of ductwork/sheet metal fabrication experience
• 2+ years of hot water piping installation experience
• Ability to design and lay out projects, including new construction and remodels
• Experience working on high-end custom homes
