Moon Air is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Installation Technician Lead to install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other equipment for our clients in the Elkton, MD area. This position typically works 4 days per week, typically 10-hour shifts with night and weekend hours as needed. We pay our HVAC Installation Technician Leads a competitive wage of up to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN LEAD

• 3+ years of experience as a lead installer
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements for the job
• Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening
