Pay: $65k - 130k+. Depending on experience

Charlotte Heating and Air of Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. You will also supervise a crew and demonstrate leadership abilities. Do you have a strong passion for our industry? Will you do whatever it takes to achieve complete client satisfaction? Hours: 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of experience performing HVAC installs
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification (bonus, but not required)
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lead a team
• Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
