Job summary

Unique Services, in partnership with ARS, is seeking an experienced residential HVAC installer in Bradenton, FL. This full-time, year-round role focuses on removing and replacing systems, installing complete HVAC setups, and leading installs with a helper.

Earn $80k-$100k annually with performance-based upside. Benefits include low-cost medical, 401(k) matching, PTO, life insurance, take-home vehicle, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing heating and air conditioning systems.
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes.

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems.
• Install complete residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper.
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment.
• Ensure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards.
• Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installation.

• Install complete residential heating and air conditioning systems following manufacturer specifications and HVAC codes
• Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment
• Ensure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards
• Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installation
