Job summary

Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Sacramento is hiring an experienced HVAC installer for residential systems. Pay ranges from $45.00 to $60.00 per hour, with earning potential over $100K/year based on performance.

This is full-time, year-round work with training and career advancement opportunities. You will lead installs with a helper, install, start up, troubleshoot, and ensure compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation/warranty experience.
• Comfortable leading installs with a helper assigned.
• Be able to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspaces.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems, then install, start up, and troubleshoot new residential HVAC systems.
• Lead each install with the support of an assigned helper and operate with professionalism, precision, and efficiency.
