Job Duties:

• Installation of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems including gas furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, radiators, bath fans, mini splits and unit heaters
• Maintain communication with the team to regulate workflow
• Maintain a clean company truck and keep inventory up to date
• Maintain a clean, professional image and positive attitude towards the team and our customers
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in field installing HVAC systems
• Driver’s license with clean, safe driving record
• Ability to drive different types of vehicles
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Conceptual understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Mechanical skills with a knack for problem solving
• Comfortability working in residential homes, on roof tops, or in confined spaces
• Ability to follow required safety precautions
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
